            The Committee on Industry and Labor moves to amend the bill on page two, section one, line one, after the word “authorized” by striking out the period and adding the following: “ with the following amendment:

            On page two, subsection 3.7., after the word “work”, by inserting the following: “for compensation”

And

            On page three, subsection 4.2., after the word “employer” by striking the words “shall not hire or continue to employ” and inserting in lieu thereof the following: “ may not knowingly employ, continue to employ, hire, recruit or refer, either for himself or herself or on behalf of another, for private or public employment within the state ”
